Terms of Service

1. Scope of Engagement
All consulting work, custom WordPress installations, theme liquid adjustments, speed diagnostics, and full store setups delivered by Muhammad Umair are executed on a contract-by-project basis. Client requests are verified through detailed statements of work, budgets, and agreed timelines before initialization.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must supply appropriate access parameters (such as temporary Shopify staff access, WordPress credentials, API tokens, graphics, or textual assets) in a timely fashion. Delays in providing credentials will result in adjusted project delivery estimates.
3. Revisions & Approvals
Each project scope accommodates up to two rounds of minor revisions within 14 business days of final staging presentation, unless explicitly negotiated otherwise in the individual statement of work. Revisions outside this boundary will incur standard hourly rates.
4. Code Ownership & NDAs
Upon complete final invoice compensation, all custom Liquid files, WordPress plugins, database codes, and Framer designs are fully owned by the client. I retain the right to showcase clean snapshots and links of the completed work in professional portfolios unless forbidden under signed NDAs.
